Why some Payouts might be delayed -
- Travel - Some travel that you book like hotels and car rentals may not pay out until after your stay or rental is completed. This is because you pay the final bill at that time. (We can see that the reservation has been made but we do not get the report and commission until the final bill is paid)
- Services - Some services that we offer have a minimum trial period. This is to protect the company from fraud. So you might have to use the service for a month or two, or upgrade from the free trial before you get paid.
Most of it is common sense. These merchant work with us to get them sales and new customers and that is what they are paying us for. The better we are at following their terms and reducing abuse, the more than can pay us, which means you get paid more.
Global Cash BONUS vs a Global Cash Payout -
A Global Cash Payout is what 99% of all purchases fall under. 50% of Payout goes to shopper and 50% is divided between the 10 lucky people who shared and helped make the sale happen.
On a BONUS - 100% is paid to the shopper. (This is in addition to the Global Cash Payout) Two examples that we are paying a Bonus on right now are - Your Baby Can Read & Netflix.

Global Cash 101
November 18th
Global Cash Payout - Total amount being paid out to our members. (50% goes to shopper & 50% goes to those who shared) Once you shop - Your Global Cash should show as Pending in your Den within 7 business days.
- Purchases are tracked immediately but we have to wait for the store to report the purchase to us. (Some only take a few hours to be reported, and some take a week or more)
- Around 75% show up within 3 days, 22% within a week and a few we have to chase down for you.
- If yours doesn't show up within a week - Fill out the Missing Commission Form. You can find it in your Den - at the bottom of your Global Cash Page (You will get paid!)
Pending - It's your money... almost -- All purchases remain in Pending for 60 days for 2 main reasons -
1. The store reports the purchase within a week but Global Mountain doesn't receive the money for up to 60 days.
2. Returns and 'fraud' - If you return a product and they give you your money back - the merchant will expect their money back from us.
My Cash - After 60 days your money is automatically transferred from pending to MyCash.
This is your money! Do what you want with it! You can let it grow or once you have accumulated $20 in your MyCash account, you can request a check and we'll send it to you right away! (Currently there is a $2 check processing and mailing fee per check)

No More Waiting List

We have taken down the waiting list and are updating pages and links. You can now just send people to your sharing site - which is www.globalmountain.com/ Your ID# - which you can find on the top right of this page in your members box.
If you want to be a leader this is what we recommend you do now. Simply Follow the Shop & Share Plan. Just lead by example! Get your shopping done in the first ten days of the month and share with friends, family and new people you run into.
During our Private Launch we are still controlling the growth and we are restricting any online marketing other than sending friends emails. If you plan ahead for your shopping you will find it easy to shop once a month. Think of October - any birthdays, Halloween, fall clothing, the holidays are coming, do you need ink for your printer... If you start thinking a month ahead, find a great deal at the beginning of each month - You will make money!
Because we enter the specials and are constantly updating and adding stores - We literally want to shop 10 or more times a month. There are hundreds of great deals and sales going on right now!

Our initial tests have produced better than expected numbers. Now that we proved our concept, we are gearing up to take Global Mountain to the next level. This fall we will eliminate the Waiting List and introduce more features to our compensation plan.

We've been busy working on all the behind the scenes work that needs to be done. The company has also been having meeting after meeting. We already have some savvy business people looking to form partnerships with us. The future is looking great!
Just added - Pocket Change - When the Global Cash Payout is below 20 cents - It will be classified as Pocket Change and the entire amount goes to the shopper. This will happen on very small purchases at eBay for example. We will also be offering more products or click through links that will fall into this category.

As a member you received an ID# when you joined. You can find your ID# in your member box on the top right side of any page. You can start sending people to www.globalmountain.com/ID#.
They can join the waiting list from this page and it will automatically fill in your name as the sponsor. All they have to do to get a membership is follow the simple directions as you did. Let them know what to do, but leave it up to them to step up. That's an important lesson for you to learn.
Soon everyone will be able to get a membership, but for now we are looking for leaders. Leaders are people who step up and lead by example. It's simple - Just Shop & Share.

We reached our January shopping goals! In fact we reached them before the 10th! We held off telling you because we didn't want to slow your shopping down.
Here's a few things you should know now that you are members -
- You do not have to fill out the I Shopped form any more. Just Shop & Share. So far this year 100% have shown up automatically and we are still in the testing phase! If your purchase doesn't show up in 7 business days, you then click on the link at the bottom of your Global Cash page - fill out the form and we'll chase it down for you. Each store has it's own reporting rules and some show up in less than a day and others take up to a week.
- Travel Commission - Many forms of travel have no penalty for cancelling or changing your plans. (We've already had a few examples of this) To protect themselves from paying out false commissions - They pay after the stay or after they have their money. We see that the purchase has been made but the commission is $0.00. Once they have their money - Your Global Cash will show-up.
