This is more than just a catchy “feel-good” phrase… this is a way of life for Global Mountain. We provide our growing membership a way to make a real difference in the quality of life for their neighbors while making a difference in their own quality of life.

Local non-profit agencies are always doing fundraisers to raise money to support the cause of the agency. The standard fundraisers are often bake sales, or car washes, or golf tournaments that require major effort. Whenever there is a need, it always seems to be the same handful of parents and board members that dig deep into their own pockets to support the local non-profit agency, whether it is the local Boys & Girls Club, or the Family Services Agency, or the Church Choir Group, or the School PTA, or the School Band, or the YMCA.

This support from the community is vital to the lifeblood on any non-profit agency, but wouldn’t it be nice if there was a simple way for the agency to have an on-going fundraiser that tapped into an ever-expanding circle of entirely new resources (not the same dozen parents & board members) that supplied financial support for the group?

Well, Global Mountain has the answer to this important dilemma. Global Mountain allows qualified non-profit groups to be in the income stream of Global Cash. The non-profit agency simply becomes a member of the Global Mountain Community and tells its’ members to use Global Mountain whenever they are going to shop (and gives their members the ID# of the agency for their Global Mountain address). This simple process triggers a chain reaction that could have a lasting and significant positive impact on the agencies’ bottom line.

Now, the same dozen or so parents and board members use Global Mountain, and then tell their friends and family members in various parts of the country, and those people do the same, and before you know it, the non-profit agency is receiving Global Cash from Shopping Activity all over the country (and soon all over the world)! The amount of Global Cash generated for the agency will depend on how many people shop and how much they buy, but at least the ability to support the good works of the agency is being supported by more than just the handful of concerned parents and board members.
